Frank Sheedy has been honoured with great critical acclaim for his culinary skills. He previously worked as Chef at: Ashford Castle, Cong, Co Mayo Dunraven Arms, Adare, Co Limerick, Sheedys Hotel, Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare Ballinalacken Castle Hotel, Doolin, Co. Clare He and his wife Marian together with their two children, Blathnaid and Jack, moved to Roadford House in March 2007.
